About the role:
Technical Expertise:
Use your skills and knowledge to ensure smooth running of the Carpentry Workshops. This will cover a range of activities including but not limited to; ordering materials and resources, preparing materials for learners and maintaining tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to the success of our students.
Safety First:
Prioritise safety in all aspects of construction activities. Ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest safety standards, creating a secure environment for both students and staff.
What we are looking for:
· Educated to Level 2 in Maths and English.
· Proven experience in wood work and maintenance work.
· Technical proficiency in wood working machinery.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
