Merrylands Primary School and Nursery has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join the team as soon as possible.
The hours will be 12:15pm to 2:15pm Monday to Friday (10 hours per week) term time only, 38 weeks per year.
Scale 2, Point 3 (Range 3-4) Actual Salary £5,294 per annum (includes paid annual leave which must be taken during closure periods).

- is an enthusiastic, hardworking and dependable team member to maintain an efficient, clean and organised school kitchen in accordance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- is efficient in ensuring all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
- is able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen area, including floors, work surfaces, and equipment.
- can assist the kitchen team with food preparation and any other tasks as required
