Ashdon Childrens Nursery is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Room Manager for our early years setting.
The Room Manager will be responsible for the day to-day running of their room and they will play an important role in the nursery by caring for children and maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment. The room manager will also be responsible for supervising the staff members working in their room and they will help to develop their colleagues' childcare abilities by using their own knowledge, skills, and experience. The Room Manager will be a creative and reflective leader who is able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.
The exact working days and hours for the Room Manager role are open for discussion. For example, the role can be term-time only or all-year-round.
The wage for the position is also open for discussion depending on the level of qualification held and experience.

Ashdon Childrens Nursery is a day nursery located on a wonderful spacious unique farm site, close to the village centre. Ashdon is about 10 minutes from Saffron Walden, Linton, Hadstock and Wimbish and serves all the nearby villages. The nursery is easily accessible with ample private parking.
