Learning Support Assistant

Term time plus non-pupil days, total 39 working weeks.

26.67 hours a week, 9.00am start - 3.50pm/8.40am-3.00pm

Scale 3 Points 5-6

Actual salary £14,521 -£14,716 (Depending on service)

Required to start January 2024

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team here at The Boswells School. We looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to support identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to enable them to access the curriculum.

You will be working with students across all three key stages and therefore education to A Level standard or equivalent is essential. The knowledge and experience of working with young people is desirable along with good interpersonal and listening skills.

The Boswells School is a large 11-18 secondary school that serves the area of north Chelmsford. The school is an extremely popular, over-subscribed convertor academy that enjoys an excellent reputation in the local and wider community.
