Salary: From £19,450.07 up to £21,344.26 per annum (Actual)
Full Time equivalent from £23,205.52 up to £25,465.44 per annum (Pro rata for Part Time)
Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic Study Centre Advisors to facilitate the independent learning of groups of learners within our Study Centres.
As someone who is passionate about supporting students' academic success and empowering them to become independent learners you will be working alongside the Learning & Study Centre Manager to help learners unlock their potential.
As a Study Centre Advisor you will oversee groups of learners in timetabled sessions, supporting them to develop the skills needed to become independent learners and complete the work set by curriculum teams.
Previous experience is not essential, but if you have a passion for helping learners succeed, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, we encourage you to apply.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
Timetabled sessions will take place between 9am-5:30pm, the ideal candidate would be prepared to work full time (37 hours per week), however, part time would be considered.
