Pastoral Support Worker
Contract term: Permanent Immediate
Start Hours: 37 hours per week
Term Time & Inset Days
Salary: Scale 5 Point 9 -12 Actual Salary: £22381 - £23813 (depending on experience)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to support the Behaviour, Inclusion and Attendance team. The successful candidate will be a committed individual who will develop a comprehensive understanding of our students' attendance and welfare needs as well as the ethos of our school in order to provide outstanding operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance and behaviour strategies. This role is an exciting and varied one dedicated to improving student welfare by providing great levels of guidance to our students and families in a supportive role to our existing leaders of attendance and behaviour.

The ability to communicate in a warm, supportive, understanding and professional manner is crucial. Excellent spoken and written communication, coupled with excellent IT skills is essential.
