We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner or Senior Nursery Practitioner to work as an enthusiastic and effective member of our nursery team.
This position is full or part-time with hours to be discussed at interview.
You will be a key person and be accountable for the care, learning and development of your key children; providing high quality care in a safe and stimulating environment where children can have fun, be happy and flourish, within statutory and regulatory requirements. With guidance, we expect you to ensure compliance with all company policies, Health and Safety legislation and safeguarding policies and procedures.
About you
We are looking for a reflective practitioner who is hard working, enthusiastic and passionate about Early Years. A Level 3 Childcare qualification or above is desirable and we are looking for someone who is able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of professionalism. We expect you to have a good knowledge of the EYFS and child development and a good knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities and duties will include:

*To provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children, enabling them to have fun, be happy and flourish
*To build and maintaining strong partnerships with parents/carers
*To ensure that individual children's needs and interests are catered for through careful planning and by providing a high quality learning environment
*To keep records of your key children's development and share these with parents, carers and other key adults in children's lives
*To ensure a high standard of care for all children, recognising that every child is unique.
*To administer first aid and undertake health and safety checks linked to the nursery's risk assessments.
