Pastoral Support Worker / Thrive Practitioner - Starting January 2024

We are looking for a Thrive Practitioner to support our pastoral team. We are a busy and diverse two form entry primary school in Colchester.

The successful candidate will be supporting a range of children with SEMH needs with the benefit of a highly experienced and skilled Learning Mentor to support and oversee their work. A qualified and experienced Thrive Practitioner is preferred but training can be given for the right candidate.

We are looking for applicants who:

· Are highly adaptable and can read situations well

· Resilient

· Team worker

· Experience of working with children with SEMH needs

The hours are 8.40am to 3.10pm.
