Hylands School is looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a successful enthusiastic team. The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, organised, pays meticulous attention to detail, has energy, enthusiasm, able to keep calm while working under pressure, the ability to prioritise and a flexible working approach. The post holder will act as a vital part of our fantastic admin team to support key members of the team in day to day administration of the school. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate great administration and organisational skills but is also passionate about ensuring that students get a fully rounded careers experience. This is a split role over two departments which will enable the appointed candidate to get experience in School Admissions as well as Careers. We are looking for a strong administrator that can work well under pressure and who has a willingness to learn, but is also adaptable to the changing needs of a school. They will act as a first point of contact to provide information, advice and guidance on all matters relating to the admissions process.
