SEN Learning Assistant Essex Pay Scale 3 (5-6) £21,575 -£21,968 plus Outer Fringe Allowance £663 FTE
ActualSalary £13,747 - £13,997 plus £422 outer fringe based on 27 hours and 30 minutes per week
Normal hours are 8.45am-3.15pm.

Personal Attributes Required
It is important that you are able to work collaboratively as part of a team with other Learning Assistants and Teachers.
The successful candidates will also need:
· 3 or more GCSE's, including Maths & English at A-C grade
· Experience of working with primary age children
· Show initiative in their working environment
· Patient and a good communicator with a positive disposition
