As a Lead Practitioner in Science, you will be joining a supportive, determined, and hard-working department.
We are looking for someone who loves teaching Science, believes passionately in academic achievement, and can work well in a team to deliver an inspiring, transformative curriculum. We would like our students to be empowered and inspired to go on to further study at some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country.

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher with a track record of success in getting the very best outcomes for students. The Lead Practitioner role will involve responsibility for improving the quality of teaching and learning within the department, and supporting the deputy headteacher (teaching and learning) to improve the quality of teaching across the school.
You will join a positive and supportive staff body. Our SLT are incredibly talented and committed to the school. They are highly visible, models of excellent teaching themselves, and take great pride in the development of our teaching teams.
