We are looking for people who are committed to doing this over an initial term of four years.

Any experience in governance or leadership is welcome, particularly in previous or current educational and pastoral roles that you might have/have had. Through support and training, this role will enable you to further develop your own skills and knowledge in these areas.

Duties include:
Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos, strategic direction, and educational outcomes for all.

The effective and efficient performance management of staff.
Overseeing the financial performance of budgets, making sure its money is well spent.

Provide supportive and constructive governance that has the best interests of the children at its heart
Develop an understanding the strengths and weakness of the school so as to support the school leadership team to deliver continuous improvement.
