TEACHER OF MATHS (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
MPS/UPS, London Fringe Pay Scale
Required for January 2024, a well-qualified, enthusiastic and hardworking teacher to join our Maths Department. This position would also suit an Early Career Teacher.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the power of education to improve the life chances of young people through raising aspirations and expectations. We aim for both our students and staff to be the best they can be. Our recent OFSTED report (November 2022) acknowledged that the school is at the start of a journey with new leadership in place. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a significant individual contribution to the success of our school and to make a difference to the students at Bromfords; CPD and career opportunities will allow you to develop and grow with us.
The successful candidate will join a supportive maths team and continue the excellent work already underway. Our Maths Department consists of seven full-time and two part-time Maths teachers, one subject specific Learning Support Assistant and a Maths Progress Mentor
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Excellent subject knowledge
· Ability to build positive working relationships with students and staff
· Passion for delivering outstanding teaching practice
