We are a highly successful Sixth Form College and are looking to recruit trainee teachers for teaching in the autumn term 2024, with training commencing in June 2024. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants in the following A Level subject areas:
· Economics and/or Business
You should have a good honours degree in the relevant, or a related, subject area and a minimum background of A Level grades at BBB or equivalent. We are keen to hear from candidates from industry considering a change of career.
· an initial 6/7-week induction period in June/July 2024
· a 2-year trainee programme with an annual salary of approximately £26,000 and PGCE course fees are paid for you
· a PGCE teaching qualification, which you will study for on a part time basis with a good level remission from teaching
· 'on the job' training
· strong support and assigned professional mentors.
