Full time Year 1 Class Teacher (Fixed Term Maternity Cover) Commencing: 4th January 2027
Chipping Hill Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed class teacher to join our friendly and supportive team to cover maternity leave from 4th January 2027 until 31st December 2027. We are looking for exceptional practitioners with experience of teaching Year 1 to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be:
An excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
Committed to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.
Able to collaborate well as part of a team and have a good sense of humour.
Able to demonstrate strong behaviour management and a positive ethos.
Able to recognise and demonstrate the importance of safeguarding in their daily practice.
ECTs are welcome to apply and will be well supported in the role.
