CATERING ASSISTANT
PART TIME - Monday to Friday 10am-2.30pm
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable catering assistant to join our existing strong catering team. The role requires 22.5 hours per week, term time only and staff training days.
The hours required are Monday to Friday from 10am until 2.30pm.
Main duties to include:
- Food Preparation and serving mid-morning tuck/snacks
- Serving lunch from our main dining room
- Cleaning tables, benches and floors between and after sittings
- Cleaning of servery and equipment afterwards
- Cleaning crockery and cutlery, ensuring supplies are stocked ready for each sitting
- Any other duties required.
This position involves working with children aged between 2 and 16 years and as such, the successful candidate must show kindness, patience and be supportive of the ethos of the school. In addition, the successful candidate must be a good team player and must be adaptable to the ever-changing school environment.
