37 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Term time only
Scale 6 point range 14-18
Actual Salary £25,516 - £27,242

We are excited to be seeking an experienced, compassionate and highly organised School Medical Lead to join our dedicated Student Support team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to take charge of the day to day health needs of each King John student, by overseeing the processes for the administration of First Aid and Medication.
You will work closely with students, parents and other key staff to create, plan and review Healthcare plans. Our successful candidate will also be responsible to coordinate the provision of prescribed medication, alongside the recording, maintaining and monitoring of systems, to ensure all medication on school site is in date and stored appropriately.
You will need to understand, Keeping Children Safe in Education and the specific legislation around Allergy safety and supporting children with medical conditions.
