Hours: 31.5 per week
Salary: Scale 3 point 6-7) (£26,847 - £27274 FTE)

Holy Family Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Foundation Stage team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of child development and early years practice, who can make a significant contribution to providing high-quality learning experiences for our youngest pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Early Years Education, Childcare or a related field.
Has proven experience of working successfully within an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development.
Has experience supporting children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
Can work effectively alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning and intervention programmes.
Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all children.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Supports and upholds the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
