Scale 6 points 14 - 18 Actual salary £30,515 - £32,578
Post: 37 hours per week, 52 .14 weeks per year
Hours:
Four days per week:
7am - 1pm
2pm - 3.30pm
Day 5 (not a Friday):
7am - 1pm
2pm - 3.00pm

If so, following the retirement of our current Site Manager we have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated Site Manager to join our team to help us ensure our school provides a safe, welcoming and purposeful environment for children, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate must:
· Be the main keyholder for the school and grounds
· Have extensive experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
· Take pride in the appearance and condition of our school, both internally and externally
· Be self-motivated and intuitive
· Be flexible and adaptable
· Be a good communicator and team player
· Be able to work quickly and prioritise jobs
· Be hands-on and be able to develop and implement systems/procedures as well as maintain existing ones
· Be practical with a range of good DIY skills
· Be committed to achieving high standards

Since opening in 2009, the school has expanded twice and is now full with a capacity of 420 pupils.
