Learning Support Assistant - Basildon - Full time
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Basildon.
This role will involve supporting pupils across the classroom, including providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEND, helping them to access learning and build confidence.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people
Be patient, nurturing and adaptable
Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEND
Be confident working both independently and as part of a team
DBS (or willing to apply for one)
