Job Title: Nursery Assistant
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2027
Hours Per Week: 19 hours per week
Scale: Scale 3 Point 6-7 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £11,446.53 - £11,623.90
Start Date: ASAP following interviews
Closing Date: Thursday 17th September 2026 Midday
Interview Date: Wednesday 23rd September 2026

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Bardfield Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT) is looking for a caring, patient and qualified Nursery Assistant to join their warm and supportive team!
At SEAT, we believe in belonging, compassion, curiosity, and empowerment-values that shape our commitment to excellence in education. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery whilst supporting children's emotional, physical and educational development.
You will be working 8:15am - 3:30pm Wednesday and Thursday and 8:15am - 2:15pm Friday, term time only.
