We are looking to appoint anenthusiastic, energetic and passionate EYFS teacherto join our growing school on afixed-term maternity cover contract. This exciting post is availablefull time or part time, depending on the right candidate.
This is a unique opportunity to work with anewly established EYFS class of 15 children, where outdoor learning is at the heart of everything we do. Our ethos is simple:there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. We believe that children learn best through rich play experiences, hands-on discovery and opportunities to explore the world around them.
We are developing abrand-new and exciting EYFS curriculumthat embraces play, curiosity and child-led learning, while ensuring that all pupils build strong foundations for the wider primary curriculum.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who:
- loves working outdoors and embracing outdoor learning
- enjoys teaching without relying on an interactive whiteboard
- can think creatively to inspire and motivate young children
- has an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how this feeds into the wider primary curriculum
- has high expectations of themselves and others
- works cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
- has a sound knowledge of safeguarding and their associated responsibilities
