Midday Assistant (MDA)
Location: Beehive Lane Primary School, Great Baddow, Essex, CM2 9SR
Contract: Part time 12.15-1.15pm (term time), fixed term
Salary: Pay scale 2, Point 4-5 £26,016-£26,472 FTE (Actual monthly salary approx £586.62)

About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Midday Assistant (MDA) to join our dedicated team. This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:
·Supervising the playground at lunchtime
· Follow our policies and guidance to ensure children adhere to our behaviour expectations
·Engage in purposeful play with our children
·Assist with first aid treatment (training will be given)
The successful candidate will:
· Have excellentcommunication skills
· Be able to use initiative and work independently when required
· Be a clear and effective communicator with pupils, staff and parents
· Demonstrate a positive, flexible and proactive approach
