What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Support students' emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, parents, and external professionals.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.
What we're looking for:
- A qualified teacher with a passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
- Experience working with, or a genuine interest in, SEMH and ASD.
- Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.

Information about the School
Established in 2020 and having achieved successful status as an Independent Special School for Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and rated as 'Good' by Ofsted in 2023, Omnia Foundation offers a unique experience for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), for 12–16-year-old boys.

Based in Rayleigh, Essex with close transport links to London, our current location is set within a sports and social club.
