FIRST AID & STUDENT SUPPORT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Hours are 13 per week (term time only) Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
Actual Salary £7,618 (pay award pending)
Expected start September/October 2026

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive team player with proven excellent organisational skills to join our busy highly committed and hard working student support office team.
This post is to provide support for our Attendance and Behaviour for Learning Officers and deliver First Aid to students and staff as required. Duties include answering telephone enquiries, responding to parents' queries and general administration tasks.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability and confidence to communicate easily with students and staff. You will also have excellent attention to detail and have the capacity to work in an environment where confidentiality is paramount.
Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy and have good Microsoft Office skills. Experience using the current school information system Arbor will be an advantage, however training will be provided. Please see the job description for further details of the duties for this role.
Our oversubscribed school again achieved a 'GOOD' rating in its Ofsted inspection in June 2022 and we have a commitment to supporting students in developing as well-rounded individuals as well as achieving their academic potential.
