Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Full-Time | 30-40 hours per week (4-5 days, negotiable)
Essential Requirements (Please read before applying):
Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) childcare qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience of working in an early years setting

The Role
- Full-time position (30-40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days)
- Combination of early finishes (2:30pm) and later shifts (5:00-6:00pm)
- Delivery of high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS
- Supporting the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children
- Contributing confidently to planning, observations, and assessments
- Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
- At least 2 years' experience in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Confidence in supporting high-quality practice
- A positive team player with a passion for early years education
- A desire to grow professionally within a supportive environment
