About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Business Support Officer to join our Central Team on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working collaboratively and supporting meaningful projects that help improve outcomes for schools, staff and pupils.
You will provide business and administrative support across a range of projects and initiatives within our Trust. Working alongside colleagues from HR, Finance, IT, Estates, Governance and School Improvement teams, you will play a key role in helping projects run smoothly and ensuring high-quality support is delivered across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and project support across multiple central teams
· Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of Trust-wide projects and initiatives.
· Maintain project documentation, records and reporting information.
· Support data gathering, analysis and the preparation of presentations and reports.
· Undertake a variety of business support activities as required to meet organisational priorities.
About You
We are seeking a motivated individual who:
· Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
· Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
· Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
· Has a proactive, flexible and problem-solving approach.
