Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion

Leadership Scale L7 - L11 including London Fringe Allowance (£61,582 - £67,796)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? Buttsbury Primary School is seeking a caring and driven Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion to join our large split-site primary school.
Due to the promotion of the currently postholder, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher/SENDCo to help continue to drive our school forward and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, attendance and pastoral care. This is a key strategic role, combining whole-school leadership with responsibility for provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
To support you in this role, there is a full-time SENCO Assistant who undertakes administrative elements of the Inclusion Manager role and a part-time Assistant SENCO, who manages our EYFS/KS1 school-led Hub provision.
There is the flexibility to work from home for one day per week, if desired.
We are looking for someone who is a resilient and experienced leader with a proven track record of raising standards. You should hold the NASENCo qualification and be working towards the new NPQ SEN or be willing to work towards it.
