Trust Administrative Assistant - Governance & Compliance (Part-Time, Term Time Only)
Salary: Scale 5 (Points 10-13) - Actual starting salary £7,493.48
Hours: 12 hours per week (term time only, 38 weeks) - flexibility regarding days. To be discussed at interview.
Location: Remote, with occasionalmeetings/visits to Trust sites
Hope Learning Community Trust is looking to appoint a highly organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support governance and compliance across the Trust. This is a flexible, part-time role ideally suited to someone with strong administrative skills who can work independently from home.
The role involves coordinating governance activity, maintaining accurate records and documentation, tracking actions, supporting policy management, and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Director of Governance & Compliance and respond flexibly to changing priorities.
We are seeking someone who has excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in using IT systems. Previous administrative experience is essential; experience in education or governance is desirable but not required.
This is a varied role with scope to develop over time in line with Trust needs.
