Canonium Learning Trust are are seeking to appoint a friendly, positive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant at East Hanningfield CE Primary Academy.
The role who will support class teachers to deliver lessons that enable pupils of all abilities to flourish and will also involve working one to one or with small groups of pupils with SEN.
The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding manner, with excellent communication skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
This role will involve supporting pupil's learning both inside and outside the classroom, as well as provide lunchtime cover as a Midday Assistant. The focus of this role is to take care and control of all the children on the school premises during the lunch break, ensuring the safety and good conduct of pupils in both the dinner hall and outside areas. This is a permanent vacancy providing support to the school in the afternoon.
The working hoursfor this position is 08:30-15:15 Monday to Friday, term time only.
The LSA salary is: £15,382.80 per annum (Scale 3 Point 6)
The MDA salary is£2,839.41 per annum (Scale 2 Point 4)
