Holly Trees Primary School areseekingto recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
Your contract will be for 30.83 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:40am to 3:20pm each day, term time only (43.6 weeks per year). Salary willbe FTE range of £27553 - £27983 or actual term time salary of range £19198 - 19497.

We are looking for someone who hasgood communicationskills and is flexible in their approach when supporting children and working alongside colleagues. The role will include supporting children with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), both within the classroom and through targeted one-to-one provision. We know it is important to be positive, inspirational and a real team player.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills.
Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
Be caring, patient and empathetic.
Have the ability towork as part of a team as well as independently.
Have experience of, or a strong willingness to support, children with SEND, both in class and through one-to-one support programmes.
Be able to adapt learning and support strategies to meet individual needs.
Have good literacy and numeracy skills with GCSE Literacy and Numeracy grades A-C.
Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
