East Hanningfield CE Primary Academy is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our school on a temporary basis who will support pupils on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) plans.
You will play a key role in helping to deliver the individualised provision outlined in the child's EHCP, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will provide support to a class each afternoon, working 2 hours and 15 minutes per day as well as providing an hour a day of lunchtime cover as a Midday Assistant. This involves a start time of midday with a finish time of 3:15pm each day.
Thesalary is as follows:
LSA salary - term time only £7,178.64 per annum (12.25 hours per week)
MDA salary - term time only £2,839.41 per annum (5 hours per week)
