At Chelmsford Learning Partnership, we're looking for a passionate, proactive HR Advisor who thrives on variety, loves solving problems, and is confident supporting managers through real-world people challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the go-to HR professional for managers across multiple schools
Provide practical advice on employee relations - absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and more
Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, including Single Central Records
Partner with leaders on change projects (TUPE, restructures, organisational change)
Deliver insights through HR data and help drive better decision-making
Help shape HR policies and ensure best practice and legal compliance
What We're Looking For
You'll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with:
·CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience
·Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice
·Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to influence and support at all levels
·Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism
·Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset
·A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach
Experience in education or safeguarding? That's a bonus-but not essential.

Information about the School
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Primary School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, Rettendon Primary School, Runwell Community Primary School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School, The Tyrrells Primary School, William de Ferrers School and Woodville Primary School.
