We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Learning Support and Midday Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support pupils in our Reception class, helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with the class teacher, you will assist with daily activities, support children's social, emotional and educational development, and provide additional support for pupils with extra learning needs. We welcome applicants with a range of skills and experience who are committed, positive team players with a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Roseacres may be a relatively young school - opening its doors in September 2015 with just 33 pupils, it has rapidly grown into a thriving learning community. Today, with nearly 200 pupils across seven classes, the school proudly supports children from Year R through to Year 6.
Situated on the former site of Takeley Primary - now relocated to a state-of-the-art campus in Priors Green, Little Canfield -Roseacres has become an important part of the local landscape. As Takeley village continues to evolve and expand, the demand for primary school places has risen significantly, and Roseacres stands at the heart of meeting that need, growing alongside the community it serves.
