Trust HR and Recruitment Officer
Salary: Band C Point 13 - 19 (£18,499 - £21,205 actual salary per annum)
25 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
We are happy to consider different working patterns for the right candidate, provided the hours fall within our core working window of 8am to 4pm, with a preferred start time of no later than 9.30am.
42 weeks of the year - term time, inset days, plus 15 additional days to be worked during the school closure periods

We are seeking a highly organised and pro-active HR and Recruitment Officer to join our Trust and play a vital role in attracting, recruiting, and supporting talented staff across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality, professional HR service.
As HR and Recruitment Officer, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and provide essential HR administration across the Trust. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interview co-ordination, and pre-employment checks, and preparing contracts of employment.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative expertise and a positive, can-do approach. Previous experience working in an administrative role in a school or education Trust is desirable, but not essential.
