ADVERT:
Perryfields Junior School are seeking to appoint a highly effective, dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
The position is for 30 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m. term time only.
Actual salary:£18,145 per annum
The Role
The successful candidate will:
· Provide individual and small-group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
· Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
· Support pupils' social, emotional and communication development.
· Help implement behaviour and learning strategies in a positive and supportive manner.
· Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and parents to ensure consistent support.
