Full Time Employed SEN Early Years Practitioner.
35 hours per week Mon-Fri working hours between 7.50AM & 4.30PM
Start Date Required: Immediate start Closing Date 25th May 2026
The Ark Centre in Chelmsford, Essex is looking to employ a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

We are looking for applicants with Level 2 or 3, or a degree in Early Years.
As a new SEN specialist practitioner, you will be trained to provide 1:1 therapy sessions for pre-school age children with additional educational needs (predominantly autism) in our specifically designed therapy centre. Your training will be provided by our in-house Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and Play Therapist. During your time with us you will be supported to complete further qualifications if you wish to do so.
The Ark Centre will provide you with the skills to be able to update children's individual therapy programmes, provide parent support and train other agencies involved with your key child.
Our centre is a very fast paced, lively environment full of play, laughter and excitement.

Information about the School
The Ark Centre is a small specialist pre-school setting in Springfield, Chelmsford. We provide 1:1 support for children with developmental delays, social communication disorders and autism.
Each child has behaviour therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy.
We run 2 sessions a day 9-12AM or 1-4PM. Each session has a maximum of 6 children in it.
