Our new Deputy Head teacher will: 
Play a key role in driving whole-school improvement, contributing to our ongoing journey of excellence 
Be a visible, inspiring leader with high expectations for all pupils and staff 
Work collaboratively within a supportive, forward-thinking leadership team 
Maintain some teaching commitment, ensuring leadership remains closely grounded in classroom practice 
Support the headteacher to improve teaching, learning and raise academic standards 
Inspire, coach and develop staff to become expert practitioners and future leaders 
We are seeking a passionate educator who is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning. Someone who is deeply committed to continuous professional growth and school improvement, but can also bring positivity, resilience and that all-important sense of humour.
