The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Confidentlycover classes across EYFS and KS1, delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Support teaching and learning throughplanned activities and interventions
- Work closely with teachers and leaders to ensure continuity and consistency of provision
- Demonstrate a strongunderstanding of SEND and relatedbehaviours, using inclusive and supportive strategies
- Help create acalm, nurturing and engaging learning environmentwhere all children feel safe and valued
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- HoldsHLTA status(or equivalent experience)
- Hasexperience working across EYFS and KS1
- Understands and can effectively supportchildren with SEND, including social,emotionalandbehaviouralneeds
- Ispositive,enthusiasticand proactive
- Builds strong, caring relationships with children and adults
- Shares our commitment to inclusion,wellbeingand high aspirations for every child
