Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Basildon | Camp Epic
Camp Epic is looking for enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team, supporting children in schools in and around Basildon. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping pupils with additional needs thrive both academically and socially.
Key responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils, as well as whole class support
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Support children with special educational needs (SEN)
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
What we're looking for:
A patient, reliable, and proactive approach
Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people
