Are you passionate about people, organisation and creating brilliant first impression? We are looking for a proactive and detail driven Recruitment Facilitator to play a key role in a developing Resourcing team. This role will deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding journey for our new starters for permanent and temporary roles. In this role you will provide a high-quality administrative support that helps us manage a safe, compliant and well-prepared workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Facilitating staff recruitment and selection events with warmth and professionalism
· Prepare recruitment packs for panels, manage candidate documentation and document retention,
· Champion the employer brand through every interaction.
· Coordinate the onboarding administration, issuing offer letters, contracts, collecting evidence and timely completion of pre-employment vetting.
· Prepare induction materials, ensure mandatory training pre and post employment is completed as directed
· Keep communication flowing between candidates hiring managers and the People Services Team.
· Ensuring full compliance with GDPR and Safer Recruitment is fundamental to this role.
What you will bring?
· Proven experience in recruitment / HR administrative processes, ideally within a regulated sector.
· Competent background of pre-employment vetting, DBS checks and compliance.
· Familiarity with mandatory training requirements.
· Competent digital skills
· An understanding and experience of working with employment legislation, safer recruitment principles, Home Office schemes and GDPR is essential
· L2/L3 Business Administration qualification or other relevant qualification
· GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4-9 or A-C)
· Excellent organisational skills, and ability to develop credible working relationships.
