Assistant Head Teacher - Inclusion

Moulsham Junior School, part of HIVE family of schools, is a thriving 5/6 form entry school with a deep commitment to inclusion, aspiration and belonging. As we continue to grow and strengthen our provision, we are looking to appoint an inspirational, motivated and positive senior leader to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is warm, patient and able to promote a strong sense of belonging for children, families and staff while also being:
Driven to keep developing- professionally curious with the desire to continually grow in skills, knowledge and experience
Passionate about high‑quality, inclusive teaching and learning that genuinely reaches every child
Experienced in working with a wide range of educational needs, with the understanding needed to lead provision for all
Analytical and reflective, able to use data creatively to track pupil progress in multiple ways
Equipped with humour, resilience and emotional intelligence- essential qualities in our vibrant community
