Type: Fixed term - Initially this will be a fixed term post though a possibility of a permanent role is possible.

At St Anne Line Catholic Infant School and Nursery is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and supportive team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm, and will also include Midday Assistant duties.
Our Learning Support Assistants are dedicated professionals who build strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. They are passionate about helping every child reach their full potential and go the extra mile to ensure each child experiences success and joy in their learning.
You will:
● Have excellent organisation and communication skills;
● Be positive, nurturing and motivating to support pupils in their learning;
● Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour;
● Be patient, compassionate and understanding of children with social, emotional and mental health needs;

About You
We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to ensuring that every child is supported, included, and celebrated. Experience of supporting children with SEND or early learning needs is desirable, as is a willingness to work closely with class teachers and the wider support team.
