ATTENDANCE ASSISTANT (PART TIME)
Scale 3 Point 6, Actual salary £8,790 (pay award pending)
Hours are 15 per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 11.30am, term time only.
We are looking for an efficient and flexible individual to join our experienced student administration team. The role is to record student absence in our school system, check register accuracy, lesson checks and producing daily/weekly student absence reports.
There will also be a requirement to administer basic first aid, for which training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability and confidence to communicate easily with students and staff.
You will also have excellent attention to detail and have the capacity to work in an environment that is fast paced where confidentiality is paramount.
Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy and have excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience using the current school information system Arbor will be an advantage, however training will be provided. Please see the job description for further details of the duties for this role.
