Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary School

Location: Engaines Primary and Nursery School Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:15, term-time only Salary: Pay dependent on experience

We are a warm, inclusive and supportive primary school committed to helping every child thrive. We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly, dedicated team.

Job Description

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

· Provide small-group support

· Assist the class teacher with high-quality learning activities

· Support pupils with SEND, EAL or additional needs

· Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

· Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

· Previous experience working in a primary school

· A calm, patient and nurturing approach

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

· Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
