Learning Support Assistant
Term Time Only

Hours: 31.25 per week
Salary: Level 4, SCP 6-7

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and innovative Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, committed, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
Build positive, supportive relationships with children and colleagues
Make learning fun, engaging, and purposeful
Encourage children to develop independence and self-help skills
Be organised, efficient, and proactive
Hold a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
Be able to follow guidance while also using initiative
Demonstrate a good standard of English and Mathematics (preferably GCSE Grade C/4 or above)
Be committed to improving pupil outcomes
