Job Description - School Business Manager
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Pay Range: Scale 8 points 25-28 (£36,363-£39,152 FTE pay award pending actual £30,083 - £32,390 paid pro rata)
Term time plus 2 weeks paid pro rata
35 hours a week 8.30 am - 4 pm (half an hour unpaid lunch break)
All Saints' C of E Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised School Business Manager to join our Office team.
Do you have the financial skills, energy and enthusiasm to join our positive and happy School Office? Do you work well independently using good judgement and initiative? If so this could be the perfect role for you.
The responsibilities of this role are for finance and accounting, including budget setting and monitoring, personnel, payroll, GDPR and some general office administration.
You will be expected to work in partnership with the Headteacher, Governing Body, Catering Manager and all members of the school community in a friendly and professional manner.
We can offer you a welcoming Church school with a great team of friendly and dedicated staff.
Knowledge of school based systems, including SIMS/FMS and payroll systems would be preferable. Where possible we would like the successful candidate to have some 'handover days' to support a smooth transition.
