Exams and Assessment Administrator

Starting Salary £26,371 per annum

Harlow College

Full time

Permanent

The successful candidate will work within the Exams Team who are responsible for the organising and running of exams and assessments across the college.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Exams and Assessment Administrator to join our busy and supportive team. You will play a key role in ensuring our exams run smoothly and efficiently, so attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure are essential.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, high‑demand office environment, are confident using a range of IT systems, and can manage your workload effectively. Strong data‑input skills and the ability to work accurately to tight, pre‑set deadlines are a must.

While previous experience or knowledge of examinations processes is desirable, it is not essential-we will provide full training and ongoing support for the right candidate.

A full driving licence is preferred, as occasional travel to Stansted Airport College may be required. The successful candidate will also need to work occasional evenings and adjust their hours at key points in the year to meet the needs of the exams cycle.

What we can offer

The successful candidate can expect the College to fund any training required for the role, investment in their professional development, opportunities to further their career as well as an excellent benefits package including 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays. College closures at Christmas and Easter, enrolment in to the LGPS pension scheme, free parking, eligibility for blue light card (fees apply) and many more.
