Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant - Winter Gardens Academy
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2026
Hours per week: 28 hours 40 minutes per week
Weeks per year: 38 weeks per year
Scale: Scale 3, Point 5-6 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £16,536.75 - £16,799.19 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: ASAP following interviews

Are you an enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant? Winter Gardens Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for three SEND Learning Support Assistants to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will support pupils to help them have an outstanding educational experience, whilst fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
You will be working 28 hours, 40 minutes per week; Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 3:25pm and Friday 8:30am to 1:40pm, term time only.
