SEND Teaching Assistant
Location:
Belmont Castle Academy, Parker Road, Grays
Salary:
Band A (1-6) Starting at £16,501.99 -£17,849.52 (Actual) plus Pay award in April 26
Hours:
28.75 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:10pm)
Contract:
45 weeks per year (incudes non pupil days)

Belmont Castle Academy is seeking a committed, patient and motivated Learning Support Assistant to work within our SEND Provision, supporting children with autism to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
If you're driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, and you bring patience, empathy and a genuine passion for helping young learners thrive, you'll feel right at home here.
You'll play a key role in supporting high‑quality teaching and learning, working within the classroom. Alongside the SENCo, class teacher and support staff, you'll help to deliver structured, consistent and individualised support tailored to each child's needs.
You'll be joining a team of enthusiastic, supportive staff who will guide and encourage you as you take your next steps in an exciting and rewarding career in education.
